Request a Room Reservation

FIRST
FSU students, faculty, and staff may now access the room reservation system, Scheduler Plus online.

Community members outside the University may use the system to view room availability, but should contact the FSU Office of Conference and Events for further information and support in making any room requests.

You may view and submit room reservation requests online from the web any time day or night. You can view what activities are scheduled at a certain time in a certain room, request a room for a meeting or an event, request specific set-up configurations for a room, request special services such as audio/visual equipment, personnel or special furniture.
