We will empower the Lane University Center Staff to be self-motivated and to take pride in the building and their jobs.

We will build a stronger cohesiveness between Staff, Faculty, Students and Community and insure that quality customer service is valued and appreciated.

All patrons will be provided with accurate and quality information, entertainment and enjoyment as we display our school loyalty with pride.

We, the student employees of the Lane University Center, are the glue that holds the campus and community together.
